3. Sources and corrections

IRIDA identifies the source used for each exercise. Content may be corrected, updated, replaced or removed at any time. You may flag a possible issue through the in-game challenge function. IRIDA is not an official European Union, court or regulatory service and is not endorsed by those bodies.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the game for personal learning. You must not interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, bypass security, misrepresent its content or systematically extract the website or exercise collection without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The IRIDA name, original explanations, game content, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Official legal sources remain subject to the rights and terms that apply to them.

6. Anonymous story submissions

Do not submit real names, email addresses, client facts, personal data, confidential or privileged information. By submitting, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant IRIDA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, edit, anonymise, adapt, animate, publish and promote the story. Submission does not guarantee publication or payment, and IRIDA may reject or remove it.

7. Availability and responsibility

IRIDA Break is provided free of charge and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, IRIDA is not responsible for a professional, academic, commercial or compliance decision made in reliance on the game.
